Terms of Service

.mw Domains

  • Minimum 1-year registration period required for all .mw domains.
  • Full compliance with MACRA (Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority) guidelines is mandatory.
  • Renewal notices are dispatched 30 days prior to expiry; failure to renew within the grace period may result in domain release.

Hosting & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on the 1st of each billing cycle.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days of service activation.
  • Singularity Tech maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, malware distribution, or outbound spam.

Uptime Commitment

We guarantee a 99.9% monthly uptime for all cloud and hosting infrastructure. Uptime is defined as the availability of the service node via public internet.

Service Credits

In the unlikely event that uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month, clients are eligible for a 5% service credit applied to the following month's invoice.
